I love to color pansies in the Springtime, but almost never do them in pink, so this was a fun change of pace. I stamped the image a couple of times. This is one of my original stamp purchases from almost 25 years ago and I had to play with it to get the whole image to stamp, so since I already had extra flower and leaf pieces, I did some pop ups on the bouquet to give it just a bit more dimension.
Image was colored with Prisma Colored Pencils and then I used narrow tape to mask the background and I sponged on stripes. I cut this piece with my Spellbinder's die and added some bling to the center of the flowers and a prima and bling to the center of the bow.
It's a bit hard to see in the photo, but the white background panel was run through a texture plate.
Finished card size: A6

This is beautiful! The stripes look like vintage paper, I can't believe it's sponged...nice job! The image is pretty - I just did a card with one of my original stamps too from MANY years ago with a rose. Brings back a lot of memories and makes me realize how much I learned since then! TFS!
