Julia thanks for this challenge today. It made me go through a couple of bags of goodies I bought last month or so. You see, when stressed or depressed I shop.....at the craft store, bring it home and set it down with the intent of using it very soon. Well time got away from me and today I was inspired to go through them. I had forgotten about these stamps. What fun!.......details....
Tried emboss resist only a tad different then I normally do. No embossing powder was used. On glossy cs, I stamped the little paw prints with versa mark, dried with the heat gun. Then I sponged aged mahogany over all and took a swiffer rag and rubbed over the images.
Stamped and clear eb the fancy circle then cut it out using a circle coluzzle. Sponged the edges with antique linen. Found the oval in my scrap pile so I sponged and doodled the edges.
The thin strip in the middle is from my Sister. It is a piece of wood grain material that I for the like of me can't remember what she called it. She sent this to me awhile back and I just found where I put it. Can you tell how organized I am? hehe
The puppy was stamped and colored with prisma pencils and gamsol. Cut him out.
Put some misc dp on a white card that I doodled the edges. Added the paw prints, then the wood strip, oval, popped up the circle and then popped up the puppy. Added a MS bow. Done.
Well, hope you like the new stamps I got......TFL :0)
