I was determined to use this little strip of designer paper, which is mostly covered by ribbon, so the whole card evolved from it. Ha! That strip is popped up on dimensionals so the ribbon doesn't make it bumpy on the edges. I used the computer to make the sentiment and die cut it with a Shapeabilities Ribbon Tag die then cut off the end and used my corner rounder punch. The card is 5 1/4" square.
