I'm using my "Grin" stamp, again, to make this card. I wanted to show how you can use distress inks to color in your embellishments. I've been waiting to use my yellow and teal colored paper.
I heat embossed the stamped image, onto standard white cardstock, using black embossing powder. After I heated it up with the heat gun I colored it in using copic markers. Then I cut it out using Spellbinder Label 5 die cut.
I cut out all the papers with my Cricut, using the Fabulous Finds Cartridge. The 2 rectangles are 2 x 4 inches and the matting. I added pop dots to them.
I then punched out 6 flowers. 2 of each size. They are 1, 1.5 and 2 inches. I colored each one half Broken China and the other half Mustard Seed. I them layered them on top of each other. I put the yellow side over the teal side of the next flower and so on....Lastly, I added the ribbon.
