Holly's challenge today was to do without Nestabilities and make our own substitutes with punches or other cutting. It's actually the embossing that I love, so after punching the corners of my squares with a Tonic Fleur de Lis corner punch and trimming a bit off them, I scored along the edges.
5 3/4" white base, stamped with ripples in Brilliance Sky Blue, gold line around the edges. The ornamental squares are Bazzill Bling. The fish image is from Kodomo; I stamped it on white card with markers, sprayed with fixative and then added Iridescent Gold and Red H2Os. Added 3 layers of UTEE to help with the watery feel, and edged with a gold pen.

That scoring really puts the wow in it. Your fish looks 3-D in this photo. What a great technique. And I have to say those swirls give quite the watery feel.
