I'm so darn proud of myself I just can't stand it!! I made this card with NO ef, NO bling and NO pearls!!! I've been trying to come up with a more CAS Easter card and I think I might have come up with one that's more on the CAS side.
I used the flower image, which I sponged around using barely banana, and greeting from the SU Abundant Hope stamp set, colored it with markers and sprinkled it lightly with dazzling diamonds. I used the Nestie Label 4 labels for the image and framing, a wide crochet ribbon and paper pierced the main old olive dsp panel. I popped up the first layer and both the image and framing nesties on dimensionals, along with the greeting which I sponged with old olive.
And, that's about it. I'm calling this a CAS card as it's so much less than I normally put on my cards.
Thanks so much for taking a look and I truly hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Pam, this is a beautiful CAS Easter card. I really love your wide crochet ribbon and your daffodils look gorgeous with the sparkle. You always find the just the touch whether lots of bling or just a bit. Love this one! Have a good weekend.

Clean, simple and beautiful! The hint of sparkle on the flower is a cool touch! I love this Pam. I know you had issues... but I think it turned out perfect. :0)

Pam! Wonderful CAS card! I had to laugh at your write-up - it sounds as though you're on a detox programme from bling and efs! How long will it be until you fall off the wagon, eh?!

Beautifully done, Pam. Love the strip of lace and how you framed the flower with the nesties.

This is so pretty!! I love these four colors together, Pam. Perfect for an Easter card!! That lace is really lovely--intricate and flat (a plus!!The lace I used on a card last week is gathered. I don't know HOW I'm going to stuff that in an envelope!!). I like the glittery daffodils. A very nice Pam-CAS Easter card, indeed!!
