The blizzard of 2010 gave me lots of time to stamp. My poor DH was trying to plow snow with his tractor/backhoe, but was having a heck of a time. First it got stuck, we don't have chains. Then the tie rod bent, I think a total of three times throughout snow removal that week. The studs starting falling out of the front tire, then the front rim tore off. We made it out to see about getting a new tire & rim, luckily found both at TSC. He couldn't get the road cleaned out all the way to some other peoples houses with no chains, but he was really giving it a try. I started to make this card to thank him, using copper wire to represent the tie rod, when he came in and told me the back tire had gone flat. It just didn't go flat, the rim on the back tire busted. I gave up on the card, there is only enough room for so much. We are really having a hard time finding a different rim, so now we may have a new type of lawn ornament. The truck was also stuck a little bit it's a 4x4, but that doesn't mean they can go anywhere. And probably because of that (and I'm the one that got it stuck# the front wheel bearing went up, so that had to be repaired. When we finally got back to internet land #my house) I had at least 3 foot high snow to clean out of my driveway, and probably four foot out in the street before I could get to my driveway. And of course after you get it all cleaned out a snowplow comes through and fills it back in.
