Wow, a new challenge! Wonderful idea Wendy!
It's always good to shake things up every now and then!
For us NYers, we know the garment district clothiers(which no longer really exist) were known by the industry as 'rag' trades.
In keeping w/fashion for this and Ways to Use it challenges, I've used a fabulous backgrounder image called ROMANCE COLLAGE. I've also used another NY industry found on Graphic 45 paper ~ an Eastman Kodak vintage camera.
For my embellishments, I've used lace from Connie Jo and bling from Whim6915. Thanks ladies!
Have a great weekend everyone! For those buried under horrific snow, stay safe!
