Hi, I made this card for today's ways to use it challenge: for the love of lace!
Feminine cards can use lace gracefully, but it takes some thinking for me to use lace on a guy card! After thinking I would do a play on words as well as use abundant lace elements on a feminine card, I decided to use the play on words only to add lace to a guy card!
First, I "sponged" (in a streaky pattern leaving lots of spaces blank) stipes of purple, pink and green pigment colors onto cs and heat set it. Then I used my queen anne's lace stamp, and embossed it in white. I embossed the background using a cuttlebug ef. Added some white satin ribbon and silver diamond shaped brads to echo the diamond pattern of the background, and the card was complete!
Thanks for looking and have a wonderful day!
