I dug out an old set, Fine Lace for this card. Ran it through my cuttlebug and ran a blue stamp pad over it. Cut it out with my Top Note die, placed soft yellow under it. The bkgd is stamped with a dollar clear rose silhouette stamp in navy. I added a couple of circles, a dollar sentiment stamp, and a folded ribbon which I stamped with dots. Finished with a couple of flowers and some decorative brads. TFL
