I couldn't come up with a name for this card to save my life and it should have been simple.
I don't remember the name of the SU stamp set this bear was with as it was one of the 1st stamp sets I bought back in around 1999 or so.
I colored the bear with markers, sprinkled a little dazzling diamonds over his paws, and ears and added crystal effects to his blue ribbon for a shiny appearance. I sponged around the bear with soft suede and bashful blue and paper pierced around the image square which I backed with the scallop square nestie. I added some tiny gingham blue ribbons to each side of the image.
I added some pom poms to the bottom left and the greeting to the bottom right using the SU word window and modern label punches.
I paper pierced the large blue panel and popped up the brown matting, the image framing and greeting on dimensionals.
This card is for a baby shower I'm going to Saturday for the daughter of one of my friends.
Thanks SO MUCH for taking the time to look and have a fantastic evening!!

Pam, what an adorable baby boy card. I love the image, the sweet, gingham bows, and those pom poms. Just as adorable as it gets. I also like your staging with the little clothespins. You think of everything. Makes we want to have a baby! Quit laughing!!!

Great card. Button Bear is adorable. I wonder if he's still under all those stamps I have? I'll have to see, he's great for a baby card. The pompoms are cute.
