Hi! This card was used for today's Technique Lovers Challenge: It's in the Pieces.
After I made my first card, I realized that there is a a paper punched lady that designed eons ago. I've often made her, and she's a good fit with some of the new sets coming out! The lady is punched with 1 3/8", 1 1/4" and 1/2" circles, and 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" squares. I sponged NUDE onto Classic Flax to get the face!
I stamped the designer paper with the bird from Thoughts of Joy in VersaMark and embossed in gold. I stamped the sentiment in Adirondack Pitch Black and the flower spray in VersaMark and embossed it in gold. I sponged in the flowers and used a Memento marker to color in the leaves.
Finished card size: 5 1/4" square
Total time to complete: 42 minutes
Accessories: Mark's Finest Papers: sheer ribbon, cording, charm, brads Tools: embossing powder, marker, heat tool, The lady is punched with 1 3/8", 1 1/4" and 1/2" circles, and 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" squares

Adorable! I'll have to tuck that one away in my head. My niece was adopted from China. I'll have to use something like this on her birthday card. Cute cute!
