For MM's tea party we are in New Orleans this week. Wahooo! Well, that brought back memories. Not all of them so fond. The first time I did an oyster shooter was on Bourbon Street and it was not the most pleasant experience I ever had. However, I figure pearls come from oysters, so I added pearls to my card. Blue ones which were a perfect match to the dp and a gift from the lovely and generous Peggy-Sue. Thank you, Peggy-Sue!
So if the blue pearls don't count, I made sure to throw in a background of Mardi Gras beads so there would be no suggestion of a back door for me! Even though our beloved MM said there was no back door this time, I didn't want to take any chances.
The card is much more shimmery than in the photo. Both the dp and the corresponding blue are shimmery.
Thanks to Princessheather for letting me punch a bunch o' MS butterflies!
Pinkies up teapartiers! And happy weekend wishes to all!
