Well...I've finally took the plunge and bought Copic markers, even though I knew I needed to learn to color (flunk Coloring 101 in Kindergarten). I'm really pleased with how this turned out. Yes, it isn't perfect, but as my son said "there is a reason why you are not an artist, your a perfectonist". LOL
I thank so many people for all their tutorial and my countless hours of reading and viewing to finallize my first card. Many more to come now.

You may have flunked 101 coloring in kindergarten but you are passing with flying colors this year! Beautiful card...love everything about it--the colors, papers, image, and those flowers you've added are great! TFS!

Very sweet card! Nice coloring, too. I hated coloring, too, when I first started card-making...I bought mostly solid stamps. Then I got some Prismacolor pencils and now my Copics. Now it's my absolute favorite thing to do! I just studied the cards of others whose coloring talents I admired. I'm still improving and learning new techniques.

Wow! Amazing artistry for someone who doesn't consider herself an artist! Love the colors! Aren't Copic Markers the best? Thank you for including the marker numbers...that really helps the rest of us who are starting to "collect" them and dont know exactly which ones to pick!
