My Tuesday was so crazy that I didn't make it to the Mardi Gras Teaparty, I still had fun making my card. I drew a mask and cut it out and used my star punch to make the eye holes. I used my layers of color butterfly that I love so much and cut the wings apart and cut the outside of the wings off and attached them to the mask. I used an embossing pen to make the swirls on my polka dotted dp. I added rhinestones and glitter. I wanted to share that I saw a kings cake in my grocery store yesterday. It had plastic beads and a plastic baby on it. It also had the warning... "Don't eat the plastic beads or plastic baby." Did it really need that warning?????
Made sure I had my purple for justice, green for faith and gold for power.

Wonderfully creative with the star punch and butterfly stamp, MariLynn - and all your bling looks so great, too.
It amazes me, some of the warnings you see on things these days.

Lovely mask MariLynn. Love that you used a butterfly too. Great swirls and wild background, love the gold and beads. Have fun at the party, I don't think Arabella has left yet, she was having the time of her life. TFS

Very cool idea with the butterfly wings and embossing pen - your card is beautiful. That statement on the cake is just a sad indication of how crazy our world has become - they are probably scared someone would sue them or have already been sued. I love king cake - so festive.
