I did this card quick so I could play in the Twisted Sisters Challenge. Lesley inspired the sisters (and friends) to do a black and white card with a touch of purple plus a homemade bg. I cheated a little. I didn't make a bg really - I used a card base sent to me by Pat Smethers and added some trim. Jamie, I promise I did this card before I saw yours so please don't think I copied your border and purple gem ideas (although casing you would be awfully fun). I don't know where that heart button came from - it suddenly appeared on my craft room floor today and I don't think I have ever seen it before (wish the WWW set or some money would have been there instead - lol).
Thanks for letting me play with you today TSs - you are all so fun!

Precious! Maybe that is your valentine from the Easter Bunny? The heart button I mean. Sometimes little bunnies can leave a different kind of valentine surprise on your floor but, we won't go there. You brought all these components together and created a very sweet card. And to think it started with a gift from Pat. Wondrous how gifts of love just keep on giving.

Nancy, the color scheme is great. Love the black & white with just a touch of lavender. And that heart button is awesome!!!! Finishes off the card perfectly.
OMGosh, I would love for that heart button to appear on my floor (along with some money, too and a border punch like your's, lol), it's perfect on the card! Beautifully done!!!!
