When Wendy posted this challenge, my first thought was George and the cherry tree. I absolutely LOVE these cherries from the new Spellbinders™ set Assorted Fresh Fruit which will be available soon. I cut/embossed them using white cardstock and then used the stencil feature with the Copic airbrush system to color them. The white panel is Spellbinders™ Lattice Borderabilities® Petite. The dp is SU! Summer Picnic.

I expected to see lots and lots of cherries for George Washington. I'm surprised there were not more. I'm so glad you chose him. And I do like those big juicy-looking cherries! Your coloring of them is wonderful.

Cherries was the very first thing that came to mind and that I have a cherry image that has never seen rubber.
Great tribute to George and nice looking card with the cute background paper.
