Lyndon Johnson's wife, Lady Bird, was responsible for beautifying our country through her push for people to plant flowers near highways, in parks, as well as in your own yards.
This flower is from a set available (along with the embellies/ribbons/charm) from Mark's Finest Papers.
Thanks for looking.

This is wonderful, Joanne! Love your Texas connection! Lady Bird was responsible for preserving a lot of Padre Island where I spent a lot of time while growing up in S. TX. There's nothing like the sight of fields of bluebonnets and Indian paintbrush in the spring.

I wish I could visit the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. What an awesome trip that would be. Your card is beautiful and that is a wonderful sunflower.
