Hmmm After touring a happy place like Candy Land I ended up making a sympathy card. My inspiration came from the sea shell candy gift basket seen here:http://candy-crate.stores.yahoo.net/seashcagiba.html I ran my versamark pad over the bottom of a torn piece of kraft card stock and embossed it with golden sands embossing powder to simulate the beach. I then stamped and embossed several different sea shells. Next I shaded them in lightly using an aqua painter. I cut a window in the front and stamped the verse on the inside of the card. I traced around the outside edge of the lg. oval nestabilites die, cut it out , embossed it with golden sands. Rounded the one corner. I haven't made many sympathy cards so I hope this one is appropriate. TFL

This card is just beautiful and so appropriate for a sympathy card. I often make shell cards for sympathy cards. You have given me another great idea thanks.

Complete beauty, in design and in thought. Your words are beautiful!

Thank you for the inspiration of your beautiful sympathy card. Sadly I need to make one as well. There is such a tranquil feel of your card and hopefully after casing it I will have a card as lovely as yours. TFS
