I wanted to take a break from design - and just enjoy making cards today. (I've been working very hard to have my own designs the past few months.) So I focused on doing CASEs from my previously tagged favorites. Today's series of CASE cards ends joyfully with one of my all time favorite CAS artists 'LateBlossom':
The real challenge, and the benefit, of doing a CASE of a LateBlossom original is that you have to line everything up properly....the very clean and simple design requires a degree of exactness difficult to accomplish since I'm used to 'covering up' mistakes...smiles. The resulting white space and simple elements never disappoint. My version has a larger image and sentiment, but it still works great for me....after all, I can't expect to match an expert like Late Blossom.
So I've learned to use my Stamp-a-ma-jig with expertise, and to keep my hands clean the whole time!!
Thanks LateBlossom for your inspiration and CAS support!
Enjoy!

Beautifully done! Such a lovely sentiment too. Ha, I chuckled over your comment about clean hands - I've wasted so much paper because I've ruined a card with a smudge and had to start again!

Oh you don't know how happy it makes me to know that I'm not the only one who ruins cards with inky fingers....sometimes hours or even days after the card's complete!
This one does look great, I have to agree it's beautiful!
