I can't remember what type of fold this is called. The top little piece swings up on the brad to open the card to a saying underneath.
The fancy techniques here are faux denim, paper piecing, rock n roll and medallion. I cut out 3 squares 2-1/2" and punched two of them with different edge punches. The other one I left as a mat and I arranged them together like this, which looks quite neat. I also paper pieced some of the flowers on the heart and did rock n roll on the one heart stamp (The image is made up of 3 stamps). The inside sayings and flowers are stamped in silver! Faux denim is just rubbing the ink pad directly on the paper. I love doing that with Not Quite Navy.
