This is for WT27 Challenge. I made a card with this same set and almost the same layout a few days ago. The only difference is that I used the Liquid Applique' to make the flower heads.

Love the look...how did you get the flowers purple. I used the liquid applique once and was too impatient to let it dry. Is that the secret or did you color over the puffed applique? TIA!

How clever of you to use the liquid applique for the flower heads. It gives it so much dimension. It's like looking at a field of wildflowers. Love it!

I heated the liquid applique' with my heat gun to make it pop up and then colored it with my pastels. It's really easy and the chalk doesn't seem to come off since the applique is so rubbery after being heated. Give it a try.
