I love Michelle Zindorf's cards, but I can't seem to get the hang of brayering. I always end up with lines, so I used a combination of brayering and sponging to make this card. I never seem to have enough masculine cards, so I've decided to try some scenic cards and improve my skills. I followed her tutorial, masking the moon and eventually the horizon and used soft sky and not quite navy. I stamped the leaf images with black, colored with the aquapainter, using artichoke and sponged the lower corner with black. If you're not familiar with Michelle's cards you should check out her gallery, under Zindorf.

Wow Sue, absolutely stunning! So perfect for a masculine card. Your scene is just so beautiful with the leaves, which look like bamboo and the bg brayered and sponged sky and moon. I love your final touch with the black sponging in the corner. Your card has so much depth and yet all on one layer. I hope you do more soon. TFS
