Hi! I made this card for today's sketch challenge. What a fun sketch! I never really go outside of my box when it comes to layering, so this was a challenge for me! And I'm stuck at home today and SHOULD be cleaning, doing laundry, etc. but this is LOTS more fun!! It's called avoidance therapy!
I thought I would make a masculine birthday card. When my brother remarried, I acquired 3 more nephews, so all I have now are nephews (ranging in age from mid-20s to 40s#; no nieces or niece-in-laws #yet)! Yikes!! So I need a lot of guy cards!
I was determined to make one stamp set fit all of the layers, and I almost made it. I had to use one other set for the wordy sentiment. Combined with dsp, it was a lot of fun to make this come together!
TFL, and have a fun day!

LOVE the result of your avoidance therapy ;) This is such a fun and happy card. Cute sentiment, too (I can imagine the inside saying something like "Yours is 50" or some such. Great job with this sketch!
