The fourth challenge for this week's VSN was to use the Chalkboard Technique. I used the bleeding hearts from Flourishes' Spring Ephemerals set. I love this stamp, it reminds me of spring here in MN.
I made the border with the SU eyelet border punch and a 1/2" circle punch and the threaded it with ribbon.
