I cut out all the paper elements using my Cricut and the 2 cartridges. The CUT file is available for downloan. Just look under the photo above. I ran the 5 strips of paper through the Snowflakes embossing folder. Then I sanded them so the embossing would show in the core color of the paper which is the yellow. I matted them as well.
Then I moved onto the marquee, which is where the snowman is. I cut a tiny piece of Cut N' Dry foam and put some of the Adirondack Alcohol ink Copper on it. I ran it along all the edges. Since it's made of alcohol inks it will soak into the paper which is a subtle effect. I also repeated the same with ButterScotch (another alcohol ink), which is a little lighter. Those 2 where sort of a shadow for the Walnut Ink that I ran across the edges uses the Ink Applicator Tool.
I added the ribbon. I wanted to do something else with it but didn't. I added the snowman sticker and used the Stickles to bring some sparkle to the snowmans hat, scarf, shoes and ear muff's.
Now the 2 glitter snowflakes...........The bottom one was silver but I added Sail Blue Adirondack Alcohol ink to it. Then I added a small gold snowflake to it.
I used pop dots to raise the marquee off the page.
