When Mercy posted her sketch this Tuesday, and I saw the large panel, knew immediately which set I wanted to use. I have had this set for a bit and have shamefully never inked it up yet - until today. Just love how versatile this set is.
I just LOVE cherry trees when they blossom and thankfully there are plenty of them in our area. Just never park under one of them because you'll have petals coming out of your vents for months -- don't ask me how I know LOL!
Card is pretty self-explanatory. I popped up every flower and added some bling to the centers. Used the MS punch I got for my birthday along the bottom and blinged the centers of them too. A bit of scoring on the white BG panel and a ribbon finished things off.

Ahhh! I love it. We were in Vancouver when the cherry trees were in blossom last May - so pretty - as is your awesome card. Love the popped up blossoms and that awesome border (more punch envy)... The scored lines give a great look to your back panel. Pefect!

I think my interest in card-making is "blossoming"!!! This one is absolutely gorgeous, from the overall appeal to the little details. Nice Work!
I'm sorry I haven't contacted you yet, btw, to take a peek at your Verve Stamps in person. I've been a little overwhelmed getting ready for our crop event on Saturday (at the Salvation Army, White Rock).
