This really was a super easy technique - for a great background look. The only trick is to make sure you have enough of the Twinkling H2O on your brush, without too much water or it will run. I used watercolor paper on this one, and embossing the image really did help it stand out. The paper may curl a little when you emboss, but I pressed it under a clear block and it flattened out well.
