Teapot Tuesday and we are all about the finer things in life today. Like pampering ones-self. When I read the part in Mudder Marks story about "hot bubble bath" I was ready. For the complete story go here. We are having breaksfast at Tiffany's........
I needed to unwind from the long trip to NY. I have never been here before so I decided to treat myself to a outdoor spa pampering. It comes with martinis! Can you believe that? They also said that after a hour of soaking in their fountain of youth bubble bath, that I would look like the girl in my thought bubble. Yah right. It's a thought. I see Cat has found my bag of jewels. Crazy animal. Well, let me soak for a few more while you read how I put this together......
Briefly I stamped the fancy lady in the bath, colored with copics and masked off. Stamped the trees since this is an "out" door spa. Added the
spa "rock" path up to the tub. Stamped, colored, cut out and popped up the extras.
Cat came with me so he could guard my jewels. As you can see I have already polished off two of those 'tinis. MMMM they are very good. Just wish Bertie hadn't stole my olives. I guess she needed something to fling! lol
So coloring with copics, sponging with ink, clear ep here and there, masking, popping up and adding glitter with a spica glitter pen. Layered with brown cs and white card with Mutniks squares. Did I get it all?
Well my soak is almost over. So I best be getting dressed for Breakfast at Tiffany's. Hope this works!.......the young thing that it. hehe......TFL :0)

Cute and very clever card! Another fantastic scene. I hope it is warm where she is soaking outdoors!

What the heck are you thinkin? Bare butt naked in Central Park? Girl don't you know you could catch....hmmm...well just about anything. On second thought, is there vacant tub nearby? Adorable and fun, your cards are always a delight.

You know, New York has been awfully cold for that behavior. My favorite part is the cat guarding the jewels. My cat has more of a tendency to EAT my jewels, especially pierced earrings, so maybe your necklace is safe. But be sure YOu keep an eye on those pearls.

Oh my, there seem to be such a mix of ladies out today - the glam young ones and the....others, let's be kind. I like the idea of an outdoor soak in the woods - in that fantastic spotted tub. We don't have the climate for it here, though...and I love Cat minding the jewellery.
Hey Mutnik - you're nearly at 20,000 posts. Doesn't that mean you get to choose your own tag line? Better start thinking about that, instead of dreaming about being young and beautiful again, LOL.
Three martinis!! Jeepers, I couldn't drink that many.

Me thinks, sis, that this looks like Annie Jo Ryan in her back yard a little tipsy thinking about what she thinks she will look like when she is finished with her bubble bath. I know she is back to being a buxom brunette again and I do see the red lipstick and miracles do happen.........hmmm.
This is totally out of this world crazy good. This card is sooooooo cool. love it. love the pebble road, the cat holding the loot and EVERYTHING. too funny.
Love Tuesdays.
hugs,

Awww man, I can't stop laughing now and I have to go serve dinner. LOL
Great take on the teapot and so funny to see that girl in the bubble. Awww, you do know that staying in the water too long gives wrinkles! LOL
Gorgeous work as always, love the martini glasses and the cat wearing pearls, but the most funniest thing here is the expression on this lady's face. Don't mind me, I'm bathing, she seems to be saying! Love it Cathy. TFS

This lady knows a thing or two about comfort I would say. Can only imagine what the hair do looks like without the towel. Your details are to be envied. Gotta love the polka dotted tub.
