This crazy doggie could be DD's dog Ginger. I swear she, the dog, is one notch off and then some. So glad DD is trying out raising a dog before a baby because darn, she's not very good at it! hehe......Thanks Marti for a cool sketch and giving Rox a much deserved break....on to the card....
I first cut an squiggly oval from masking tape. Put it on a white cs panel then stamped the Rubbernecker bg screen stamp, clear ep. Removed the mask. Stamped my sm. Mutnik square stamp around the oval. Cut this panel in two according to the sketch.
Cut the small strip from white cs, glued on some hearts that I punched out, then sponged butterscotch over top. Punched some more hearts out of metal repair tape and put them on the strip too. Set aside.
Stamped the little doggie in underwear, Ginger's twin not in looks but in being ornery for lack of a better word. This too is from Rubbernecker stamps. Colored with copics and cut out. Pooped up, OOPS! that was yesterday, I mean ...popped up the top part of the doggie and glued it over the oval.
Put my panels on brown cs then put this on a white card that I stamped my large Mutnik square on the edges, sponging with tea dye.
Well, hope you like my card......TFL :0)

Wish my brain worked like this.. This is amazingly well thought out. I think a dog is MORE work than a baby. At least when a baby is little they just lay there and look cute.. Dog's chew and nibble and ya know what else.. This is terrific...Great job.
