I got a lot of questions on how to make the circle border with the pinking heart border punch.
I saw it somewhere online, but I can't remember where.
Here are few steps how I did it.
I used a 12" long and 1" wide strip of designer paper and punched the border. the strip needs to be thin, as the not punches edges will adhere to the edge of the circle. Then I run the strip through paper crimper. This will give a wavy form, as well it'll make it more elastic.
In the next step I put sticky strip around the edges of the circle , on the back, and slowly adhered the strip to form the border. When It came to the end, I tried to match both ends and cut out the rest.
I used 3" circle, so I had just little bit left of the strip
