Hi! This card was made for today's Inspiration Challenge:Groovy Inclinations. I chose this print.
This was pretty easy to mimic, as I have had this tree on my stampin' table for over 6 months...It's part of a HALLOWEEN set! LOL First, I started with a 3 3/4" x 3 1/4" piece of Snow Storm Smooth and used my Scor Pal to create grooves. Next, I brayered over the card stock with Nude and then with Orangerie Palette Hybrid Inks. I heat set the brayered ink. Next, I stamped the image in VersaMark and embossed in white. I added Inkssentials dots. I had to do these steps in this order, because Hybrid Inks COVER the white embossing!
The birds are the Martha Stewart Dove punch. I just cut off the wings and used a glue dot to adhere one on each bird.
The charm was originally brass. It was pressed into a VersaMark pad and embossed in White.
Finished size: 5" square
Total time to complete: 47 minutes
