The snowman image was colored with Copics, and then outlined with Spica pens. I cut the image out and popped it up on dimensionals. The hearts were punched from the card front, and a piece of pink pirouette was adhered behind it. I used a Versamark pen to fill in the hearts, applied heat and stick powder and dazzling diamonds.

Very cute card, I like the snowman image and what you did to create the hearts...that's similar to the glitter window in an old techniques challenge. Thanks for sharing.
