I kept the main image, the background technique and colour scheme but changed the layout, added ribbon and left out he punched flowers.
I loved the background Ann created by dragging inkpads along white card so I had a go at that. I cut the background into three panels (inspired by Ann's layout) and stamped on two of them with Brocade Blue ink (the same ink I dragged along the card). The image panel was stamped in Brocade Blue, along with the sentiment. I added Brocade blue ribbon to finish. I wanted to keep this as simple as possible to show some of my crafty friends that they can create a card using just one colour and without a whole bunch of tools... sometimes they get overwhelmed with all the 'stuff' you can have (and that I use...!) they don't know where to start!
Thanks Ann for inspiring me and congrats on being today's featured stamper!
