I cut out the envelope using some design paper that I have. And I have so much DP I thought this would be a great way to use some of it up.
I used MS ribbon punch on this card and white ribbon, to lace through the holes. I also used MS lace heart punch. I just love that punch!
I used some tiny brown ribbon I picked up at walmarts. And used a Valentines stamp that one of my pen pals bought for me a while back. I sponged close to coco around the CS. And glued the little lace hearts to the coin envelope. I used a small glue dot to tack the brown ribbon down on the envelope. I think thats it.

Did you just change your avatar signature? You are a hoot, girl! Plus, I dont believe I've ever commented on your gorgeous feline companion. She's got a pink collar on so I have to go out on a limb here and say 'she's' beautiful. BTW, I love this card! You may have cased it from another fabulous stamper, but your touch has it's own signature style. This is just wonderful, my friend.
