Here's what I came up with to get my punches to line up. It seems so involved. but it's the only way I could find to make it work every time. I found that I use the corner punch up side down, of course, then use the edge punch always right side up, lining up the corners, except for on the very last edge...I do that one up side down. Another thing that helps is if you make sure your edges of your CS are parallel to the straight line of the metal on the punch. I also try to look to the sides of the punch to see if my corners are square when I line up because sometimes it LOOKS like you're right where you need to be, but if you look at both ends of the punch, you can see where you're not really square and will need to adjust accordingly.

Chandra, thank you so much, I thought I was the only challenged individual when it came to these corner punch, edge punch systems. I don't have the new SU yet, but I have those darn MS ones and they have given me some grief, let me tell you! lol.
