This is for today's Tuesday Teapot Challenge hosted by Marilyn Preston. Thanks Marilyn! Forums at Splitcoaststampers
The mice are having the tea party at their place today. The elephant really wants to come but he is rather frightened of mice. He thought if he stood in the yard with a nice sign the mice might welcome him with open arms and he would feel less threatened. The snowmen, polar bear and hamster have really been encouraging him. If this doesn't make sense to you check out the link above!

Awww, poor little ahem...baby elephant. By now, I'm sure the gang have him convinced that there is nothing to be afraid of, just check out that slinging kind...that would be Bertie. Haven't seen her yet, so he'll be fine. Guess he will need some help like the polar bear to squeeze in the door, the back one is bigger I think. Let's see how we can do this. Should be a blast to see that, I will be supervising the operation, no need to put me in harms way right. LOL
Good to see you, what an adorable elephant card. love the colours and the fun way you added the ribbon to the sentiment. Cool touch. TFS and happy holidays

Well, he is just adorable and I'm sure they will all get along together fine, especially after a couple of nice cups of tea or spiked punch!! I love the colors you chose and the way that little pachyderm is holding his sign.

Oh goodness - when we were small we had a book called the Orange Story Book, or something like that, and one of the stories was about elephants being scared of mice. This would be a perfect illustration. I loved that book, and searched the old home high and low when my parents moved, without finding it. I love his little brad eye - that's a great idea.

Adorable elephant in orange - great idea to use his trunk for the sign.
I hope my polar bear will make him (her?) feel welcome.
No snow here in AZ - wind and blowing sand. There was a horrible accident a few miles from us, due to blinding dust.

Awwww! Marilyn, this is absolutely ADORABLE!!! I love the pretty flower power dp and the brad for his eye. Cool idea to have him holding that nice sign, too.
I had to take Bertie shopping yesterday, so I'm a little late to the party, but I do see that Carla and Joanne made some adorable houses that perhaps your sweet elephant could hide in, should he need to!
