This is the quad tag booklet (found the pattern here on SCS...thanks, guys!) which I did for a shoebox swap with some buddies recently, they loved it!
Follow the quad tag book directions using only 1 full sheet of 8.5x11 cardstock, fold in half lengthwise (hot dog style) then open it and fold in half the other wise (hamburger style) then in half again. Score all folds well. Open it up so that you can wheel or otherwise decorate, then fold the bottom up and create little "pockets" for your tags by tearing, adhere along the crease lines. This is a great project for using only one sheet of c/s!
I used Pink Passion ink, Cool Wheel for part and DTP with Pink Passion for the rest. Mini brads, large circle punch (just punch out half to make the tab for the pull out tag) and a square punch to make the little window. Green Galore tags with USW adds a bit of punch. For some of them, I just used Green Galore 1/4th inch "punch outs" to decorate! Don't forget some ribbon!
