Well, I'm sure I'm stretching the challenge today. My gold and silver are eyelets. BUT at least they are gold and silver.......details...
I wanted to try the stained mosaic challenge from Beate this week. So I did. I made my mosaic bg just like the instructions said only I put my rubber on cs instead of my clear block because then they would still be there. I then put tack it over and over on the back of my cs so it would stick to my clear block but still come off.
I stamped my cool friends, colored with copics and then did the mosaic thing only instead of using black ink to put on top, I used pacific point. Cut out my snowmen popping them up on black cs.
On a white panel of cs I stamped the squiggly circles, colored with sharpie markers. Added the silver and gold eyelets in the corners and faux stitched the edges.
Put this all on a kraft card and said Wal-La!....TFL :0)

And wal-la it is! So you went and tried Beatte's technique. good for you, Russian Spy. I really like it. Makes for an interesting trio of snowmen, dont you think? See you've got your tension adjusted properly too. Great work.
