Bit of a cheat on today's LSC card. The base of this card, and the coloured image are from an old TLC card, the 5-layer buttons. But it sat on my desk too long, and somewhere along the way the image panel got a hit with a mister, and ran. Yesterday I pulled the buttons off to use on my Mincemeat card. DH saw the remains on the desk, and said why didn't I just cut out the mouse and his cookie jar and put it on a new base. Why didn't I ever think of that! So, I cut him out, and for today's challenge I stamped little baubles along the top of a cream square with Versamark, and embossed with gold and silver. Coloured with gold and pewter H2Os, and added gems to the flowers. Used silver and gold Stickles on the little caps of the ornaments. Drew a cord to hold the baubles and a shelf for the jar to sit on. Distressed and sponged the edges. Since I'd used up my matching buttons yesterday, I sprayed some snowflake buttons with gold and silver paint and used them instead.
