For the Limited Supplies challenge - we had to use a star and could only have ribbon as an embellishment.
Never one to undercater, I did 6 stars just to make sure. I embossed them in silver, gold or copper and popped them up on squares of metallic card of the same colours. I punched holes in the middle of the stars thinking it was kind of like rivets but it actually looks a bit weird to me now - as if a mouse has been busy, in fact! No wonder that mouse on my last card looked a bit sheepish - no, make that mouseish...
Anyhow, it's a masculine card which is always a bonus, so it's going to one of my nephews.
Thanks for popping by!

Metallics have their own built in bling that changes in the light so it's a perfect choice for a star card! I love the boldness and depth of this card. Quite masculine but carries your sense of elegence too. Love it! TFS
