After a rough week at work, it was time for me to relax. I finished cutting 32 quilt squares for a tote bag I'm making. I was waiting for the IC to come out and this is what I liked from the SushiPot website: http://www.etsy.com/view_transaction...ion_id=6515368
I started with tan cs as the base. I made the card a 3 X 3 because my gingerbread stamp wasn't as big as I thought. I ran the card through the CB Houndstooth folder, brushed with red stazon ink. I stamped the gingerbread with black stazon onto chocolate chip cs. I used a white opaque to outline the gingerbread man. I used mini self stick red rhinestones for the eyes, nose & buttons. I cut out a small piece of adhesive pink cs, drew the red lines and added 2 small red rhinestones. I then used a black sharpie to make stitch lines around the gingerbread man. The image is raised with a 3D square.
It's almost 12:30am and I'm going to start sewing my blocks together.
Thanks for looking & have a great day.

WOW! Connie, we posted at the same time...very cute! I really like the way you used the CB as the b/g and the shading you did to make it look like the inspiration piece. Great job sis!
