I learned this H20 technique at a class. Emboss the image first, the get the H20s soupy with water, dab around the paper and swish around with a paint brush. Then blot with scrap paper.

Wow!! love this!! I have a ton of the H20s. got all the colors for my bday. I haven't painted onto the stamp before..
