I had three sad occasions to make sympathy cards for. One was my good friends' ex husband, which was painful for her even though he was estranged. She helped take care of him in the end. I also had a friend from work find her 28 year old daughter who had died from unknown causes suddenly. Then my secretary's husband died on Monday, and I was honored and moved to be present. What a few weeks it's been. I hope these cards bring some comfort, I really wanted them to be special.
I appreciate the sketch challenge and color challenges because they gave me a needed direction. I used detail EP and masked the snow and moon, then sponged on the SSuede.

Your card is so comforting and award winning. My 92 yr young dear dad suddenly passed away recently and yes I know it has not been a good year. Thanks for cheering me up by just seeing your card! xo, Marian
