I had just finished these when I looked to see what today's WT challenge was. Don't you love it when what you're working on fits the day's challenge?
All images are DRS Designs. Both tags were traced from stencils and cut out. I stamped snowflakes w/ the pink chalk ink across both then added a large filigree snowflake in red to the lg tag. I stamped strips of the teal and olive using the stripe (plaid maker) stamp. Did the same for the heel & toe. For the cuff, I misted the white c/s, then rubbed it to make it peel and fluff up. When it looked scruffy enough, I took a paper towel, dipped it in white acrylic paint and dabbed over it.
The present was cut out in the two colors and embossed. I made a candy stripe strip using the same stripe stamp and green & red markers and cut thin strips for ribbon. A die cut button was added. The little mouse and kitty were colored w/ makers, cut out and attached. A folded nestie label and an eyelet were added to the lg tag. A small sentiment tag was punched and added to the stocking tag.
