Maureen chose a lovely little Tea for One set with the most beautiful rose for our challenge teapot this week (look here for the full story)
I was reminded of the rose from the Manhattan Flower Textured Impressions folder and tried brayering the folder with Rose Red Ink onto Shimmery White paper. It came out beautifully - I hope you can see it.
I'm catching up on my thank you's to all my friends who have been taking good care of me while I recuperate. This will definitely come in handy!

I hear tea moonshine is good fer what ails the soul; mebbe it'd be good fer what complexes yer physical ailments!
Yer card is absolutely beautiful, Lorraine. I love that big ol' flower tucked in the corner like that. I also likes the way you did yer ribbon embellishment.
Marie has been lookin' fer her paper flowers, and I gots a feelin' she'll be findin' a plenty of them today.

I love the way this came out. The shimmery white makes it look like beautiful white embossing - at least, on my screen it does. Very elegant. Hope you're on the road to normal life again.

Love the simple elegance of this card. Didn't know you were recuperating but glad to hear you had lots of help and support. Bet some of the moonshine that is being passed around will make you feel even better!
