For this color challange, neutrals with a pop, I used grey, silver black and then blue. The silver panel I randomly placed dots with the crop a dile to simulate snowflakes? Not sure if that worked or not...The image was colored with copics and the little hat has flower soft for the white pom pom.

Fun card! Liked the border effect on the silver layer. It added a really nice touch. The pom pom on the hat is so cute done with the Flower Soft. Great coloring job. Wonderful card for the color challenge! So nicely done. TFS
