This was my first time trying the Blurred Vision Watercolour technique. Here's Beate's tutorial; Blurred Vision Watercolour technique. This is sorta part of the NOV09VSNM challenge, except I totally forgot to case the card I meant to case! LOL! I *was* going to case this card by Pianolady1026. I'll have to save her inspiration for another day.
