I'm usually not very good at coming up with unusual ways to use stamps, so I was excited when I finished this card.
For the blue background I used a sponge to apply ink to glossy cardstock, covering the entire surface. I also twisted the sponge as I pressed down on the cardstock for sort of a swirling effect (hard to see in the picture).
For the fish, I stamped the lamp base from Flower Filled on glossy cardstock and trimmed around the image, cutting off one end section. Then I glued on the googly eyes and attached the fish to the card with Dimensionals.
