Charlene is subbing for the Muddamark this week, which is a perfect choice, as she can tell a story just like the Muddamark.
Today we are heading to Detroit to find a new home for a precious little teddy bear that some young girl abandoned in an attic when the family moved away.
As a teddy bear collector of sorts, this story tore at my heart. I chatted with Dusty, the abandoned teddy, and I agreed to make this card for him to present to the Tea Partiers. He is soooo thrilled that these ladies are going to help him out and he KNOWS they will fix him up and find him a fabulous new home.....(actually he already knows he has a promised home with me, but would love to be placed with a precious little child he can help discover love).
Thanks for looking. And....if you have a neglected teddy in your home, say hello and let him/her know how precious they are still.

Awwwwww! He's just tearin' at my heart strings; what a little lover boy is he carrying that big ol' heart of his around (not quite on his sleeve, but almost). I love how you incorporated da Muddermark's beloved polkadots with the use of your darling ribbon, too, JoJo! This is so precious. Thanks for playing today!

Okay....Bertie here.....what is it with you tea partiers today? Why is ya'll makin' adorable cards with sweet teddy bears? Doncha know that Bertie luvs teddy bears and would never fling nuttin' at 'em? Is this some sort of conspiracy? I think you need to have some of Miss Peggy's speshul 4-layer strawberry shortcake with the speshul honey center and help me find sumpin' to fling at sumpin'! Bertie cain't come to a tea party and not fling sumpin'! But I promise not to fling at the teddy bears today......cuz I wouldn't want ta upset ya, SnoSnot. After all, yer bein' mighty generous openin' yer heart and home to Dusty should he need it.

Now that is truly a bear with a big heart. Bet he gives big hugs also. Think all the tea party guests would love big bear hugs. Like your black with red.

Your little bear is adorable. I love how you colored him. The shading is fantastic. I am sure that Dusty is going to find the perfect home, but how sweet of your to offer your home to him. I love the heart with the little teapot on it.
